We have partnership with major international OEM and other key players in the industry; this and our highly efficient staff ensure we deliver set objectives.
Since our establishment in 2013, we have provided high technical and logistics support services to the Oil and Gas companies in Nigeria and beyond. We have over the years established proven competence, acquired and invested huge resources both human and material on facility maintenance/upgrade and pipeline engineering services.
The quality of our services speaks for themselves and shows why we are trusted by major multinationals. Our experienced, skilled and certified engineering teams deliver on different platforms and locations.

LRUT is used to inspect difficult to access tubular and piping systems such as
Digital radiography uses an X-ray digital image capturing device (Detector). This technology enables us to generate immediate and high-quality X-ray images while keeping radiation levels to the minimum. Once generated the X-ray image is displayed on a tablet immediately, then using the user friendly proprietary software the image can be processed, enhanced, shared and digitally store and accessed on the spot
This inspection technique is utilized by our team to inspect large volumes of welds and material from a fixed location allowing otherwise difficult geometrics to be inspected.
The visual display of combined A-Scan, B-Scan, C-Scan and S-Scan gives a simplified understanding of flaw type and associated dimensions.
This is an ultrasonic technique is efficient and cost effective for non-intrusive examination of plant equipments. It however relies on time-base, low energy diffracted signals from the tip of the flasws, allowing an exact or absolute position for the flaw to be measured and imaged
We use this techniques for these reasons:
SRUT is a technique which uses low frequency sound waves to flood thin wall material and then reflect back at interfaces such as cracking or corrosion/pitting
SRUT is applied in these scenarios:
HydroForm probe is a localized immersion technique held in an automatic scanner in order to create corrosion mapping images. The Hydroform can produce a 60mm wide effective beam corrosion images and can scan at a speed up to 100mm/s.
The corrosion mapping images contains useful information about the spatial extent of the corrosion as well as the ligament left between the corrosion and the test surface. Corrosion mapping will reveal the presence of corrosion pits that would be mission in point ultrasonic thickness measurements. Also it makes use of water as a couplant between the probe and the testing surface in order to transmit the ultrasonic sound into the examinaion surface.
The probe is held close tot he surface of the steel under examination, and a current is passed through one of the coils. This generates a primary magnetic field within the steel. The current is then switched off and the steel demagnetizes. The sudden change in magnetic field strength produces electrical eddy currents in the steel that give rise to a secondary magnetic field. This is picked up by the probes second coil as an induced voltage.
We are the leading service provider in the fields of specialized Non-destructive testing, asset integrity management, training and man power supply in Nigeria.
We are constantly evolving and innovating, our teams are highly experienced and skilled, and most importantly we utilize state-of-the-art technology in all our services.
